According to the game's feature text:
--Skirmish, custom games, and ranked multiplayer matchmaking with Glicko-2 rating.

So apparently? I see almost no one talking about PvP in this game, so not sure what's going on.

Full release was supposed to be 24 April. I dont know what when wrong with the advanced access that it was released for everyone.
