Anyone actually READING the EULA? These guys need a new legal team...
MY.GAMES’ EULA is far harsher than a typical AAA‐game agreement: it bans all refunds, lets the company yank purchased items or your entire account at will, and forces automatic updates that may break your hardware requirements. It demands deep device data—RAM dumps, screenshots, driver/DLL lists—beyond normal analytics, and grabs a perpetual, sublicensable license on anything you post. Disputes must go through 60 days of negotiation then English/Welsh (or French) courts, and behavior rules span dozens of pages of strict naming, chat, posting, and anti‑cheat clauses.

is that kind of illegal? Not only that, it's basic saying they had a right to steal your money by ban refund if delete your account for any reason, or something like that.

I'm petty sure reasonable law and justice would ban this kind of Eula, as it's against law for stealing someone like that.

soooooo in your guys point of view should i get the game or leave it because of the eula?
Humble Apr 17 @ 9:24pm
I wouldn't worry about it, but again that is depend on where you live, but that kind of thing illegal in some place, and sound mind reasonable justice counts would not hold eula but get rid of unreasonable eula or writing, essentially against law of thief.

Refunds are protected by EU law, steam didnt even offer refunds until they risked getting locked out of the EU market for non-compliance. Its up to you to refund in time for the 2 hour window (and to be smart enough to realize that games only need to be good for 2 hours)

You mean you actually read those things?
Valkesh Apr 17 @ 11:15pm
Same with the New released Mandragora, same publisher 😂
Dosto Apr 17 @ 11:58pm
No, just scrowl down to press accept, never read those.

Yeah, mygames.com EULAs are some of the worst and borderline illegal / overruled in some areas of the world.

Rarely have I seen such aggressive collection, use and sharing of user data. It's crazy. There's no way I'll buy this game.

You can play this game offline, yes? (I rly hope so). And I hope you dont need an account at mygames etc. Im also thinking I'm gonna block all game components in firewall, so there will be no internet connection for this game.

That is extremely disappointing, as i was enjoying the game. I probably wouldn't have bought it if i knew about this beforehand.
