How do you access the artbook and the soundtrack?

For the artbook, right click the game in your library and go to Manage > Browse local files

For the soundtrack, go to the game's page in your library and click the Tempest Rising Soundtrack under Additional Content, top right on the page. There should be a download button on the following page which will download to steamapps\music\Tempest Rising OST in your Steam library folder.

That is so wierd.

I don't have anything on Local files (Engine, Tempest, TempestServer folders and an exe.
Also Additional Content doesnt show up on my steam page.

You might want to check the DLC area further down on the right hand side of the game's library page. If you click on Manage my DLC you should be able to see if you actually own/downloaded it. Shows Tempest Rising - Digital Artbook and Tempest Rising - Pre-order DLC in my case.

I think this is an ongoing issue - I have only just got access to the pre order bonuses - but not the other deluxe edition content such as the soundtrack. I have raised a ticket and others have the same issue

The game is messing up on a couple fronts atm. Nothing in game that I particularly noticed, but I only bought the standard edition so I shouldn't even have had access to playing it, which is funny. Happy to **** on early release crap so not bothered by it.
They are likely trying to fix the issue as we speak, part of the reason the standard edition is now missing from the store page atm. The extra pieces for the deluxe might be suffering a similar issue and I'm sure the devs will sort it out.

There are ongoing issues with the pre order bonuses and the deluxe edition content. The support ticket raised has seemingly fixed the pre order bonus being made available but not the deluxe edition content as of yet. What Mort suggested is fine if the content is there but it is not.

I found the same missing content - I bought the Deluxe Edition via steam key on Green Man Gaming, and I don't have the digital artbook DLC, or the soundtrack available in my Steam soundtracks list. I reached out to support just now by email, let's see.

Yeah missing the soundtrack as well. In my library I can click on the OST, and it tells me that I can Uninstall it (nothing happens if I click on it) and it isn't in the aforementioned location either...

It isn't listed under DLC either, just the Pre-Order bonus and the Artbook are there.

I bought it from GMG, the license reads "Tempest Rising Deluxe Edition | prepurchase (ROW)"

same place i got it. Deluxe edition as well. I got PRE PURCHASE BONUS DLC. but no soundtrack, or artwork tho.

Hope its resolved soon, would be some great workout music, lol
