£40 is a bit steep for an RTS
Is there enough content to warrant the price?

I remember paying $70 for the Deluxe edition of RA3 back in 2008
90$ Mario Kart get use to the norm
really just 40 or 50 deluxe is for this game good they will develop more. i am sure there wil be many DLC or free updates coming and they love C&C so we will get support for mods some time no doubt. they are in for long haul they did not wanted to make this game as EA does nothing anymore about the C&C stuff. So yeah C&C did grow from game 1 to red alert 2. dont like red alert 3 etc thats where EA killed the game...

These guys love the game and they will keep it that way for sure so for now 40-50 might seem high have not fully see played the whole game yet so dont know if we have only 2units then yes thats not much and you can get bored fast same with the maps. but they will increase that for sure.

....... RTS games used to be 60 euro and you call 40 Steep?.
It's very reasonable, Nintendo meanwhile are charging £70 for AA games...

The point is RTS is pretty much a bygone era just like MMO's were(Where are all primarily F2P these days or a low price and propped up with in-game cosmetics).

Games in general are expensive and, tbh, yeah 40 can be a bit steep. Personally I don't feel the same way considering these is a campaign and multiplayer with hopefully custom games(A la WC3).

Yeah I was being conservative, they're charging £70+ and it's offensive. £40 on the other hand for what looks like a really good C&C type RTS is fine by me.

Everyone has there own views if i was really into this genre i would pay it or even more but as it's something i would be quite casual with i would of paid £25. if it was football manager i would pay £100 as i stick 1000s of hours into it. If its worth the price depends on the person.

TBF is actually £27 on CD keys might give it a go LOL
I dont mind the 40, i mind the " pay us an extra 10 and you can play few days earlier" bit. For that alone, i will wait for sale.
