The thing is, there is zero visual indication that on the Steam page that the regular version is not yet playable.

All indications are gone indeed, it just states it the game has been released today. So, if I buy the normal edition today, according to Steam, it should be playable :-)

This is 7-day Early Unlock for players who purchased the Deluxe Edition. This early unlock was an additional bonus, and you do get a digital download of the original soundtrack and the digital art book as the main items of the Deluxe.

Exactly lol it seems that both are playable that what was confusing me

And the question is im still in time with the deluxe to play now if i purchase it right now?

Yeah, have to say this is very misleading - got an email from Steam saying the game was now available at £34.99 and the page allows you to buy it at that price with no indication it's not actually playable for another week.

Yes, I know that, but that's not what I was saying.
I was saying all indicators of this on Steam have gone. There is no 'advanced access' anymore, the release date is today, there is no more 'pre-order'-label on the normal edition.
So, anyone stumbling on this page and not being familiar with development, will think they are buying a game that they can play immediately.

Don't most games list the release date at the top of the store screen with the main game release date, not the Deluxe version?

steam page and my email say its out now.. yeah
when you cant play today and there stands 17.04 its an mistake.
