Need some balance
Engineers capture buildings too fast. GDF can drop 5 engineers from a stealth helicopter. This is a pretty cheesey strategy, and it would be nice to nerf it a little. Let's increase the capture speed by 1-1.5 seconds, for example.

Considering that GDF can make such a move in the 5th minute of the match.
They capture buildings at a good speed. GDF cannot spread out Harvesters as quickly as DYN, so their Engineers being used for map dominance and delaying the enemy, is on purpose.

Weren't there a bunch of people crying about how overpowered DYN was and how strong their eco is compared to GDF?

Yes, people complained about DYN, because complaining is easier than figuring out how to actually play GDF.

GDF is actually WAY stronger than DYN.

I test it. 2 sec at power plant, 4 sec for MCV/Factory.
Since there NO vocal anoncements about "capturing at progress" there almost NO time to react. Add stealth mode for choppa...

Was watching a friend of mine get demolished by bikerush, pretty much had early map control and vision with GDF scouts into stealing all of the DYN harvesters with engineer drops.

Beyond that having more vision and buggies/tanks being as fast as they are means that DYN can't expand as fast as they can, it's up to the GDF to contain or so it seems.

C&C never had capture in pregress announcements, and a lot of those games had instant capture the moment the Engineer touched the building.

Learn to use Walls and basic rifle infantry around the base.

Yes. there is the huge misconception that this game is GDI vs Nod clone, but it is actually Allies vs Soviets, and Allies were always the contain faction.
