The DEMO contains always online DRM!

These guys are a joke... everything they've done has been full of problems.

The demo contains always online DRM which causes the game to shutdown before it's even on the main screen.
I don't have a Steam Deck to test with but I bet the game won't play on a Steam Deck.

As for me I was trying on a device that wasn't attached to my LAN when I finally launched the demo so it was a wasted download as I can't test on the device I wanted to use. I can re-attach it to LAN but what's the point if I can't move about?

This was 3D Realms last chance in my opinion. Beyond all the other games where they've ridiculed customers for speaking out about problems, delays & general lack of innovation even a mild negative indicator like this is a very, very bad sign.

Do we know if the release game is going to have DRM to this level or what type of DRM?

Devs said on one of the streams it won't contain "always online" type of DRM. It's only meant for the demo

Yea, I couldn't launch this game for some reason, always crashing at startup, never got the chance to play the demo yet.
