Will this game have super weapons ?

During realease sadly no (as we know super weapons in C&C), maybe during a future update later, BUT, the game does have special faction abilities in the face of tactical conventional weapons of great fire power based on tempest technology (see thermobaric and FAE warheads in our timeline).
