Difficulty settings

Cue the "git gud" comments, which i will duly ignore :P

I always liked the RTS genre. I always liked the somewhat campy presentation of the command and conquer series.
From what i have seen, Tempest Rising will absolutely hit both aspects square on.

But there is one problem: I am bad at RTS games. With the exception of the Starcraft 2 campaign, i have not finished the single player campaigns of any RTS without cheating.

Will Tempest Rising have options to modify the difficulty without having to outright use cheats?
