Tempest Rising is using Command & Conquer/Dune RTS formula, Stormgate is using Starcraft/Warcraft RTS formula
Both are base building. Stormgate is more like SC2 than WC3 from what I can tell. SC2 had heroes for a co-op mode just like Stormgate.
ZeroSpace, D.O.R.F. and Tempest Rising each are a trillion times more inspired.
I would say, tgat there will 3 big ones - Tempest Rising, Stormgate and Zerospace.
Tempest Rising will be in C&C style, Stormgate and Zerospace will be in Starcraft/Warcraft style
I suggest you try both if you haven't tried either yet.
Yea when I saw the ZeroSpace trailer for its kickstarter, I was amazed at how much better it looked pre-release than Stormgate pre-release.
