No one will ever make another C&C, but the market for those games is still out there.
I do not want to wait 50 years for nothing, at the hands of EA. If they are not making C&C, then someone else should.
Its a legit argument...why should I bother with this game when the C&C remasters just came out?
And what happens if EA all the sudden announces that Petroglyph has been turned on to remaster RA2 and Tiberium Sun, or make a whole new C&C game?
I'm hoping this is just a sort of window dressing to generate hype and the game will be very different from C&C. Either way I think they need to work on doing just that.
then just buy them all?
or dont, I dont care.
non-issue.
And I want it
In the C&C forums people keep adding comment threads of continue the Remastered series or make a new game.
Second, I own the remaster but I haven't touched it yet, but someone in here complained that it really is just a remaster not a remake. The pathing supposedly is the same.
nothing.
Have you forgotten EA "open sourced" Tiberian Sun, Dawn and Alert 1? And to a certain extent Dune/2.
THQ releasing something is basically the community taking over.
I want more C&C, but even if say Petroglyph was turned on for a new C&C game by EA, do you really think they'd just copy what they did before? No they wouldn't. IDK, 2023 is a long way off so by then I might feel different after seeing more footage and more about the game.

c&c ra3 seems to be very arcady tbh, compared to something like aoe2. The resources are next to the base; there seems to be no scouting and the matches are over so quick. but C&C as a whole was always a bit faster paced.
I need to finally fix my computer and play some of the C&Cs.
