Would be nice to have different looking pieces for variety, backgrounds and would be great if online play was a thing. Only so much AI can do. Even still having the ability to simply play with others online would just be a joy.

Hello Developer, this is a nice game. I also purchased your Janggi and Xiangqi games and I noticed that in those two there is an option to change the chinese symbols to westernized symbols, it would be a nice idea if that option can be added to the shogi game....

I was considering buying The Conquest of Go and on a whim searched for Shogi. Turns out they are releasing it on Steam next week! I've only played Shogi once with a set that told you how the pieces moved and still dont know what was going on.

anybody notice if the games engine can support multi-core processors

The computer just dropped a captured piece over mine https://ibb.co/sqk9DPb I've also had it where I move a promoted rook or bishop next to the opposing king to capture a piece and it doesn't move out of check or take my piece.
