First the delay and all the other crap. Now you want to withhold from us what we paid for!
I paid for the game, and all the DLC that is included months ago. Because i had misplaced trust into your company. Trust that you did not deliver on. Not here, and not on Mankind.
Trust that you misused, to use your customers for beta and alpha testing. Instead of delivering a game that is worth playing.
And now i look at the store page and steam says I don't own all the DLC.
Fix your stuff. I don't care how. I don't care that you call it "Upgrade". I paid for exactly that content. You can not withhold it from those customers who pre-ordered, and make Steam say it is a different DLC.
This looks like a scam from you, to cash in again on everyone who already bought this content. You intentionally designed this in this way, to confuse people and get their money twice.
That is all, and it is unacceptable. Give us the the DLC we paid for.
Thank you for your response. It is not helping.
I will try to explain this to you, so you, or your superiors, can fix this mess.
First, I can not check this in game, since I will not install your Denuvo Malware. So, I will not install the game, until Denuvo is removed. (You only announced that you use Denuvo after i had pre-ordered the game, not on Steam. So i was not able to refund any more.)
But even if i would install the game, and check for the content. That would not help. I do not doubt, that the actual files are there in the install, in some folder. That is not what this is about.
This is about the Steam DLC "ENDLESS™ Dungeon - Last Wish Upgrade"
This here: https://steamdb.info/app/2620920/
This DLC has to be given to all your customers who pre-ordered and paid for it.
You only gave the game files, but not the app ownership on Steam.
This means everyone who pre-ordered and looks on the store page sees this DLC as "Unowned". This will confuse customers who are not well versed with Steam and how games on it are published, and many will purchase it again, believing they buy something they are missing.
And you cash in on the double purchases. I hope you can understand now how this looks from a customer perspective. It looks malicious and intentional.
I am not a steam developer, so my knowledge is limited, but i think it is not a difficult thing to solve. All you would need is the knowledge how to fix this, and the goodwill to not trick your customers into double purchases.
Here are your Subs (these are like folders): https://steamdb.info/app/1485590/subs/
Some of them, you used for the pre-purchases, the one i own
is this: https://steamdb.info/sub/810054/ - But you used more then one i guess.
If you add the DLC: https://steamdb.info/app/2620920/ - to the pre-order subs that you used, that would grant the ownership of the app on Steam.
Here you can do that, and find further explanations:
When it will be fixed:
- No more double purchases possible.
- Everyone who pre-ordered owns the DLC App on Steam.
- Nothing "confusing" any more.
I hope that helped to solve this. Please keep us updated =)
The developers are on it.

MrMannHatten, could you mark the post like here
https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/2008095647346478396/082DFEAC467114E736455B6A2E4DA380A580F2E4/
that would help others find the answer faster. Thanks!
I am a customer like you, not a representative for the Company.
I used similar language in a satirical manner. I did not intend to impersonate anyone.
Officials usually always have a "[developer]"-Tag and different colored names, like Su-Fei-AMP above.
Issue has been resolved. It should now show properly in store page and in Steam Library after a quick restart of your Steam Client.
The issue has not been resolved. Do not spread misinformation.
I do not own the DLC. No changes on the pre-order packages have been made.
Edit:
Also i have to say that is very telling that we get no official answer here at all. Only silence.
This week is almost over and nothing has been done.
