how can i jump out from baloon and put fire on the arrow?

Ive completed all achievements except one and that one is the shoot 5 vultures after stepping out of the ballon one. Propblem is that i cant reajust the playfield and i cant just step out of the balloon so i tried it in non vr. I did the one jumping from the balloon but when that is done in none vr it leaves the player in a state of flowing in the air and i cant seem to land in a normal way. Is there a way to reajust the playfield or can that one actually be done in non vr because i seem to be unable to a...
