In the Config I have the "Text Speed" set to the fastest speed, and in the example window in Config I like the speed at which the text appears, but when playing the game the text appears at a much slower speed, as if the "Text Speed" setting does nothing. For a test I put it on the slowest speed and the fastest speed, and there is NO DIFFERENCE in text speed when playing the game with either setting. Just a note I am using it in English.
