Please proceed with the following steps in order to create the DxDiag.txt file:

1. Click the Windows "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button) + R.
2. Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click Ok.
3. You will find all relevant information in the following window.
4. Click the "Save all Information" button located at the bottom of the program window.
5. Save the file as "dxdiag.txt".
6. Attach the file "dxdiag.txt" with your E-mail reply.

its a shame wr cant okay ur game from days...
there are a LOT of people with this know issue..you have to fix asap.

RIght click on the game in Steam. Then a window opens. The "General" tab should be active by default and there should be a big textbox that says "Launch Options". write -dx11 into it. THen launch the game as usual.
