steam just flips the button from 'install' to 'played', without downloading a single file.

I have verified, reinstalled on a different drive, fixed libraries....no go. steam refuses to install it properly.

GOT BOOTED!

So yeah im a free player....this game is on an auto loop that will never see actual new content and the only reason to pay is to compete in pvp etc. Since I play this game super casual I suppose the Guild leader didnt want me to leech all the free perks and booted me after a few days inactive. Then after the boot he set a High CP limit so i couldnt even join back in. So i decided ill just make my own guild with my Alt. Its a slow grind and i dont get as much of the guild perks to buy items like before but ...
