Sad that toxic mercury refill rate is still broken. Haven't seen what toxic mercury is used for yet, but it would be nice to level it up for when I do need it in the future.

This really sucks! I check what I have to make before going to town 1 to make it now I have to stop at w2 everyday to see. This was a stupid thing to remove!

Came here to see if I'd gone mad as I was sure the Post Office was in Quick ref. Just spent ages going through it seeing if 'd somehow forgotten how to access it.
I guess by the comments it was removed - why?
Also, why not put the Refinery in quick ref too - pita having to walk there all the time to check it.
