Unable to teleport, only in World 4

[P.Diddy's Baby Oil]

Have tried everything, all characters, walking through w3-w4 portal on everyone, restarting game, rebooting pc. Simply can not teleport to any area (except town) in world 4. Teleport works fine everywhere else. Any suggestions?

idk did you accidentally run out of teleports in world 4 or is that something else

edit: figured this out... have to do some quests in the w4 camp to unlock the portals
