Graveyard Shift keeps bugging out

The skill randomly (seemingly more often now) just doesn't actually put down the Tombstone at all, yet the skill goes on cool down making it rather annoying to have to wait around a pray it doesn't bug out again. It seems to be tied to the duration of the buff the skill provides. If the buff is still active and the cool down comes up and it tries to use the skill too fast, it will not restart the buff or place down the tombstone.

Haven't run into this issue since the update *fixed* it.
Correction, just ran into it in the Gloomie Grotto but it's very possible that's on purpose because Lava is doing his best to curb kills there

I haven't ran into the problem since the update, but I'll keep a closer eye to see if it happens to me again.
