Randomly lost progress?

I had my game up and running, was afk for wind walker.

I switched all my guys to lab, one by one, then for some reason when I pressed player menu and cloud save, it had issues signing me in?

It told me to try logging out and logging in, did that , now Im missing a bunch of progress?

I don't have my wind walker unlocked and it is asking me to do the quest all over again?

Steps:
Moved everyone to lab.
Tried to teleport to pets through the codex.
Tried to use my free pet roll
Game got stuck on connecting to server.
After about 20 min exited the game.
Restarting game had issues connecting, recommended relog.
Relogged and lost about a days with of progress.

Not a huge deal, but it's annoying.

your internet at that time was probably not that fast so it couldnt cloudsave, thats why you lost progress, try leaving the game in the menu waiting for the internet to be faster again.
