Pincerman isn't dropping medallions, instead dropping star dust in it's place, while still dropin it's usual moon dust.

Sure it's the Pincerman? The deer is dropping regular dust and I got the medallion.

most medallions have dropped for me in less than 4 hours, i'm at 24 plus on pincerman and the only unusual thing i see for them is even thouigh moondust is their drop table, I occasionally see stardust, and roughly at the interval that medallions dropped for all the other mobs.

It's most likely just bad rng. Pincer Plateau is a horrible area and you're making fewer kills than in other areas. The stardust is coming from the Spirit Reindeer, not from the Pincerman(s), and it's not always dropping it which explains the relative rarity of it. There is still a chance this is a bug but it is unlikely. I'm sure you're gonna get the medallion eventually.
