Beginner Best Class Star Talent Book Missing

When I unlocked the Journeyman class, the Beginner Best Class book didn't drop, in its place the Quest Kapow! book dropped instead. Issue persists even when reclaiming the skill book drop.

This. Same. I can't find anyone having responded about this issue on Steam or Reddit

Within the last week, it looks like the reclaim was fixed, so if you go to the quest and reclaim, it should drop.
