combo Arctis + Goharut in Cave not is working

if i use this combo in cave, i dont won divinity points

Arctis = Characters always in lab

Goharut = If Character is in connected in lab also count as be present at Divinity altar, so gains for both

but the combo not is working if i use in Cave.

Its normal or a bug?
