this task says to defeat chaotic amarok with out a weapon or helmet which means you don't have to have one of them but it is actually both dev replace the or with and

It makes perfect sense.
You would say "I have not equipped a weapon or a helmet", and not "I have not equipped a weapon and a helmet".
