Pet arena is one of the known areas of the game that can cause freezes. Common workarounds are:
-enable performance mode
-moving to a server as empty as possible
-playing the arena after restarting the game
-not doing anything else

Another less optimal but practical solution is to wait until you've levelled your beast master and the skill so you get stronger pets so you need less time fighting nd therefore lower the risk of freezes.

Aside from that, a bug report would be more helpful if you added more detailed information about what you did besides the event in question. What happened in more detail and what happened/what you did before it happened. The more info you give the more precisely can a dev try to find the problem.
