The one on Gooble Goob Creek is way off, you actually need less but not taking any damage does not mark the character as having met the conditions.
The constellation says 28521.
The AFK info says 28730 .
But even with 27925 I already take no damage. The AFK info page also stops showing the requirement after this point (and possibly earlier), but only shows the requirement again after re-entering with less armor, staying in the map and reducing armor does not facilitate this.

Tried again but while upping armor a little and before trying to get hit it seemed to work, but only after I re-entered the area, I had 29516 armor at that moment.
