Missing Beginner Best Class Special Talent

I don't have this Special even though I already got a Maestro. There's no reclaim Item button in the completed quest log for it like other quests have. So I'm in a position were it's impossible for me to get the talent.

If you don't want to wait till lava has fixed this issue, go to the NPC TP Pete (in the sewer of World 1) and type in "More like Poopy Pete". You get the book for this Talent instead of the book talent "Toilet Paper Postage".

unfortunately the talent is stuck at level 1 w/ this solution for a while, the toilet paper postage isnt even obtainable rn bc of the bug making getting that skill impossible for a while
