upgrade value display

Similar to how upgrade values are shown in places like guild perks or certain talents, it would be great to see how much an upgrade actually numerically upgrades in as many places as possible. Currently for example I have my farming land ranks in focus, and pushing overgrowth chance now is somewhere between 0,3 and 0,4 in all available upgrade slots, properly seeing where I'd get the most out of would be great.

Side note: depending on screens, some numbers are either hard to read or hard to distinguish from one another, hopefully something can be done about that, I've seen issues about that in many places so it could make sense to at least check on each major parts (ie skill windows etc, numbers for...well on double checking you seem to have fixed shinies number displays already so thanks for that :P)
