Option to Optimize the Placed Cogs

So, for example, if I have a placed Cog that gives 50 build rate/hr, and I just got a cog that gives 100 build rate/hr, if I click this "Optimize" option, this 50 br/hr cog will be automatically replaced by the 100 one, without me having to check every single cog every time

I'd suggest to make this option works only if the new cog is objectively speaking superior to the other, so it would only be possible to do it if they have the same kind of stats and the new cog is superior in all of them

So, another example on how it could work:

- You have a placed cog that has 50 build rate/hr and 15 flaggy rate/hr

>Replacing it with a cog that has 75 build rate and 25 flaggy rate/hr - YES
>Replacing it with a cog that has 40 build rate and 40 flaggy rate/hr - NO
>Replacing it with a cog that has 75 build rate and 6% bonus construct EXP - NO

And then, of course, considering we could have multiple placed cogs with the same kind of stats and an inferior level, this new one would replace the most inferior of those.

I've honestly just skipped even looking at the cogs before deleting them multiple times because of how long it takes to compare everything just for a possible upgrade.

Some type of optimize would be nice for quick exchanging.
