Make Multikill apply to rare drops

It's going to get bad when we need to grind out a ton of glass shards for the next tier of storage upgrades or golden y'knows when we need to upgrade some weapons. Not even to mention the new PO Box that devours these things like no tomorrow.

Right now it appears Multikill does not improve the rate at which most rare items (specifically) drop. If it needs to be at a reduced rate, so be it.

Take out your Meastro - push it to endgame, have 5x drop rarity - problem solved
