Phoenix wings - how do you equip?
Am I too low a level to equip these? I have about 390 hours so far and there is no slot that I can find for "capes". ?

equipment tab, bottom of equipment screen there is an arrow pointing to the right. Click the arrow and it shows you the additional equipment menu which has things like nametags, premium helmets, wings/capes, trophies etc. Many of these things aren't going to be early game things but I don't think any of them have level requirements.
