so i failed the slime summoning thing and cant get into the first area of w6 is there something i missed?

Yes, its a very badly worded quest tooltip. You have to buy 3 upgrades and win the second fight.
Since it ONLY said to buy upgrades I invested in the xp/hour and then just cant play now.

You have to wait until tomorrow to start actually playing w6.
I cant believe we're getting locked out of starting on launch day because of the quests. In w4 I did the thing the quest told me to do before I had the quest and I had to wait a whole day.
