However yeah, I've stopped going to some areas because of those interactions.
There are class upgrades spread throughout the game.
First classes should be at world 1 one of the first few rooms.
When you hit world 2 you'll get more new classes. Same for every world.
https://idleon.wiki/wiki/Classes
Warriors pick between barbarian in world 2 or squires in world 3. (or maybe its that their skills are for world 2 and 3 respectively... Maybe you pick between them at world 2)
Barbarians upgrade to Blood berserker and then Death Bringer
Squires upgrade to divine knights and then Royal Guardians (next world probably)
mages turn into Wizards or Shamans
Wizards upgrade to Elemental Sorcerers and Shamans to Bubonic conjurers.
ES to Spiritual Monk (presumably and not out in this world) Bubonic to Arcane cultist (assuming coming soon)
Archers turn into Hunters and Bowmen
Hunters to Beastmasters, Bowmen to Siege breakers.
Hunters to I'm guessing Wind Walker (WIP likely soon) and SB to Mayhem (next world I'm guessing)
Beginners can upgrade to a secret class. This should basically be your last or 7th character. But DO NOT make more than one of these. You keep them as a beginner and do the quest that turns them into a ... I forget the name of the first secret class now.
You will have enough character slots to have one of each.
To be safe make 2 warriors 2 archers 2 mages and you'll have some extra slots to do what you want with. One barbarian, one squire, one hunter, one bowman, one wizard, one shaman. Then you can have duplicates of what you like.
Just remember the beginner secret class.
Since I beat world 3 and had time to cook before world 4 came out, I completely ran through world 4 without having to try.
When world 5 came out, I ran in, spawned 1 crystal mob and died in one hit.
I've cooked so much in world 5 that world 6 was easy until the end.
I could probably 1 shot all mobs in world 7 right now unless lava does something wild with it, knowing we're this powerful.
People who've been playing for years are ahead of the curve. Its just that simple.
I already have all the current maps opened, the new class was in world 6 and I just did the quest quickly when it opened.
