multikill cap?
So I just wanted to set my death bringer to farm green mushrooms and noticed it doesn't flip from 51x to 52x even when I hit the threshold, I'm at 54Q and it should go up at 46Q. Sur,e, first world problem and I'm probably late to the party but is this a thing or is this a bug? Even with cards I can only squeeze out 49924% actual multikill.

me when i spend 1000$ on a idle game:
The last multikill tier is 52x / 46Q damage at g.mush and the bar will just stay full/green when you reach that.
lava making everyone thanos who got over 100m hrs and spent 150yrs on dis game while i do some high iq thinking over a boss wit 800k hp and iron armor set in the making:steamhappy::steamhappy:

dude need add trading fr like help a brother out
I've bought like 3 packs.
It only feels like its pay to win early game.
My alchemy has gained ~10k bubble levelups from me logging in if I had to guess. And likely more.

I look at the newest pack giving a 1.5x damage mult and look at my farming giving me a 14x damage mult and dont care about spending money on it.

At this point I only buy packs to support lava not to get power.
When I first started world 3 was the max, I thought obls were pay to win and getting a purple square damage obl I thought was basically cheating.
Now I know the next update will give me more damage than spending money ever could so I just play the game.

My guys, I haven't purchased a single pack aside from the auto loot thingy and that is a rather recent purchase, I've just been playing this game since shortly after the initial release.

And MagiKarp playing captain obvious but thanks for the "confirmation" by implication I guess. It's wild how these kinds of replies pop up here and there as if it was an AI. I know some people think they're helpful doing it but those nothingburger replies are anything but, I ususally just ignore them because they never not act pissed when you tell them they were less than helpful but geez bugger off.
Also, Im a few hundred% multikill under you.
I've realized I've ignored pumping multikill and kill per kill because I never cared about it that much.
I'm also over the cap to the next threshhold of damage as well but at x51

Yeah I don't bother too much about the individual stats as is but with death bringer asking for billions of kills looking at multikill/kills per hour is where it's at.
Was wondering but I guess 51x is just the undisclosed max. Even on the wiki there isn't much about multikill, let alone proper numbers. The real annoying part is double checking whether adding stats or multikill will actually give more kills per hour, switching back and forth between screens is annoying but can't be helped :P and it's wild how useless the death pendant thingy actually is, even the green chizoar scarf is better than that giving me over a million more in kills

ofc u aint brought anythin u got 2k hrs with everything lol i got almost 20 hrs and i didnt even defeat the w1 boss with his 1m hp. lava adds new class for his endgamers while i sit in w1 for 10 a day grinding and stressing tf out over nothing

see wat happens when u overthink like me
When I finally beat world 1 boss, I stayed in world 1 for a day to make sure I was ready to go to world 2. I think it took me quite a bit (I think I started around covid so I had time to kill) to clear world 1. You actually have more tools to power up than I did when I started.

It still took me like a week or 2 to even reach the end of world 6 from world 5 when we got it. And I'm STILL working on the skills for it. I'm STILL working on alchemy in world 2. I'm STILL working on smithing bars in world 1.
When world 5 came out, I had to work on half my characters before they could kill the boss at max level for a WHILE.
Especially my beginner, it took him so long to be able to do enough damage to the boss.

Its an idle game, the point is to progress. Dont worry about winning and worry about enjoying your time.

You might be jealous of us enjoying the new class but I'm jealous of you experiencing the game for the first time

Yeah you're definitely overthinking this. You need to think of games like this in the long run. You're gonna get *there* at some point. These game basically go on forever and it can just take what feels like forever. And I've played the game for quite a while before it launched on Steam, I didn't even play it at first when it launched here.

It's similar for me to what BonesMcSpook said, I started earlier than that but since I'm not the type to min-max the living hell out of the game it takes me a lot of time to get past things, or took, I'm still nowhere near where certain other people are. You should probably focus on one main character and have the rest just complement that one's existence.

Also I've been in the top 5% of players for a while now, and save for the autoloot thing no money has been spent here. The 2700+ hours here on Steam are also misleading because it doesn't account for the AFK hours I got inbetween. As I said, I only got autoloot rather recently and have only let the game run idly in the background since then a lot, I got everything else done without it, including quests that require metric ♥♥♥♥ tons of looting or killing things. It's absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying but doable nonetheless. You don't *need* autoloot but SWEET ZOMBIE FORKIN JEEBUS does it make your life SO much easier.

Bottom line is, forget progress or at least just quick progress. It's incremental and patience is key. The game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of features but there are ways to help with everyting. And if you think something is getting too much, just focus on one thing. You can (and will have to) go back to everything for further improvements, and those improvements will make other improvements more easy. If you haven't found or done much with it yet, something that should give you a good boost is the owl. its progress is detached from the rest of the game but progress with it helps you with a lot of stats for where it's at. When I started the W1 boss was a huge obstacle, as was every new boss, but things changed, and they will for you too.

Extra tip btw, if you have a lot of (in-game) cash to spare, buy everything from the shop that has somewhat large quantities, especially foods, potions, oil and tape (you can skip upgrade stones though), also the statues and when you reach World 2, bobjoepickles. There will be a feature that gives you a bonus for every stack in the storage that has 10 million units, and I'm JUST about to hit 10 million with the basic nomwich (I could have gotten this one waaay earlier but I'm rather relaxed in my playstyle and shop purchases are a boon). Bobjoepickles though is necessary for alchemy, forget the 10 million stack on that one xD

my main is near lvl 50 and i have the stamps mostly near lvl 20, rn im farming the wood dudes for the extra cash since my talent on the extra coins is maxxed so i can buy the heart stamp. my talents for the 2nd tab is all put into mining and same for my mage but the first page of those talents are put into combat.

my warrior stats are around 284, hp dmg 301-860, str 122, agi 46, wis 51, luk 30, accuracy 125 and defence 55 but rn i got iron metal leggings, copper iron and chestplate since im skipping the 2 other iron sets they taking too long but most of my stats are around lvl 15 to 18 but expect my mining skills since i have the other tab mainly use for idling mines/trees

ive been upgrading the stamps and statues but i cant get the beatbox starter quest done for the fist stamp or voodoo guy for his statue reward because its taking long, plus the white headband is rng. idk what quest to finish before i head to w2 and i cant find any good armor for my mage, no one talks in the game i ask these p2w whales and i get ignored.

my mage stats are the same as warrior expect i upgrade wis lil bit more, my acc is lvl 64 which idk if that matters
Thats not bad, just wanted to give a rundown.
Just keep at it. Each world gives you new ways to boost yourself.

do i need make a new player for the brewing stuff in w2? i have my 2 players brewing the stuff rn but idk what that does
Zio Jan 20 @ 4:22pm
Since they're all doing work while they're afk you should use all the characters you can get, just letting them kill stuff or work things is helping almost no matter what it is, even if you don't give them equipment Baisc stuff is enough for the moment. The brewing is just speeding up the amount of liquid you get, you can assign every character as long as you have slots in those cauldrons and they don't need to stay in town, they're always active in that area and can go do other stuff.

As for quests, do what you can with each character but it's perfectly fine to ignore some things or just do them when you feel you're ready. Especially at first it's not necessary to do all quests on all characters, it's more important to do as much as you can with one character because some quests are account wide. Later you will want to have as many quests done with as many characters as possible.
What's your problem with the beatbox and voodoo guy in particular? You can safely forfeit quests and accept them again if that helps.
The armors you can craft are pretty good actually but the better ones come in tab 2, it gets better naturally with each tab but especially the skilling armors have a lot of value even later (though because of the better armor upgrade stones you will get it makes sense to craft new pairs every now and then), for you mage the robe is a random drop from some monsters. Aside from bosses you can let a character famr slimes, baby boas or carrotmen and sooner or later you're gonna get one. Probably a good idea to farm carrotmen because they drop a strong bow, not TOO good but good enough if you can't or don't want to craft a better one obviously
