lost my account. help!

in the middle of the game everythings gone. I rebooted the game and there is no progress whatsoever! With an option to create first brand new character! Reconnected and relinked to Steam! Nothing helps! Like it was deleted.

Try logging in with the Email option instead of steam. You might have had an Email account.
or one of the two phone accounts, but I assume you'd know if you did that
