Discord Mod Comments
Hey Lava, love the game. Seriously have a lot of respect for you and what you have created, and it's actually the first time I have ever reached out and joined a discord about a game I have enjoyed. I just wanted to say as someone that is fairly new to the game at this point still that I was pretty disappointed about the discord. I shouldn't be clowned for mistakenly reporting something as a bug or asking a question by a chat moderator and have to see messages like "Some people are living skill issues". I feel like people like myself should be able to ask questions in the discord without being commented on like that. I never once thought I would be flamed in a game that is mostly single player.

I'd say that's most discord servers ^^" The mods are players too, not trained in conflict resolution. Often, things will be handled not so professionally.

I personally try and answer questions here, there are enough people on discord to do it so i feel people here need help the most.

Mods don't directly work for Lavaflame2... but it's a role for someone with a neckbeard and a fedora.
Are you really so sensitive that when people mess with you on Discord, you have to run to Steam and make a thread about it?

Tell me the truth - are you serious, or farming jesters? If you're just farming jesters, I'll throw you one. Let me know.

"Hello, I am a very secure alpha male whose main MO is to be an insufferable rude ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
How can you be such a second rate beta male cuck that you can't take verbal abuse from total strangers you don't deserve on the internet? What is wrong with you? Everyone should be abused all the time!"

Fixed that for you.

Skipped earlier because reasons but little douche buggy made it perfectly clear so it bears repeating: anyone who even remotely uses the term "skill issue" (or is otherwise adjacent/defending it) unironically is a clear case for the garbage disposal and then some. Never gets old how proponents of thicker skin instantly tell on their very flakey selves when someone is critical of their bs. Not to mention how WILD it is that non toxic social interactions are so foreign to these types that "trash talk" MUST be the norm.

Spoiler: there's a reason why even the common dude doesn't talk to other people in a normal setting like they do with other dudes, because they actually KNOW it's NOT normal. Pretending it is, is just the perfect excuse to run from their emotions and pretend they don't have them. Normally I'd say go to (psycho)therapy but most therapists are super nice people and I wouldn't want any of them having to deal with these types.

Had more fun thoughts but I'm outta juice, go watch some Mr. T advice videos on your own, it's fun and educational (of sorts, anyway!)

You should really consider adjusting your attitude. The real world is much rougher. Try to have a thicker skin, stick up for yourself by having a quick and witty (not mean) retort to someone like that. Laugh about it and move on. Don't be a whiny tattletale in the steam community. World has enough weak crybabies as it is.

If they don't answer to lava or anyone else then they need their ability to ban users taken away and they abuse it with no consequences whatsoever
