Where do I find the recipe for the purple headband?

Can't find the recipe for the purple headband, even after accepting the quest from Hamish, any idea what to do?

You should have the recipe.
The first Quest gives you the recipe as reward (Copper Chopper)

If you didn't get the recipe, maybe it's a language problem again. Set your Game to english and do the quest on a second char // or try to get the reward again at the complete quest section.
