not getting keys today

i havent gotten any of my dungeon keys, ive done the bone quest on all 5 characters. Not sure how else to get them, thought i was supposed to get them every day?

Do you mean boss keys after doing the dog bone quest?
If yes, then you have to go see the same guy (blue ghost?) each day to collect the keys off him. One character can collect ALL the keys you are owed & he will hold them for up to 3 days maximum.

The case will be similar in W2 & W3 until you get the EZ Access button in the quick ref where you can collect all keys from the 3 worlds each day without having to run around ;o)
