Vmen still use the usual stats that boost other classes skilling (str for mining yes)
I will say the troll boss, unless you can one shot or kill in the first round is a tough boss, a Troll through and through. A lot of the fight is RNG in which mini task you get.
I mostly ignored cooking as it was a slog to level, unless i just had one zerk on it for extra ladles and leveled everyone with pearls, But the meals are really good. A lot of them are likely your best bet at boosting account, but for that you need the spices. For that you need pet fighting (there are make up guides unless you wanna spend hours figuring out make up teams) and for that you need strong pets.
Another one: dungeon rewards, your pathways to BIS rings for many things. I know slow going but it is a difference of multitudes of skilling gains and damage.
i've been keeping up with the pets as best as I can, but I got bottlenecked by food costs for upgrades I only *just* got the ability to have better eggs to hatch.
I gotta figure out which character I have is best for the dungeon. for some reason some characters can't use all their attack abilities, and I haven't figured out why. It says I have enough mp, and they aren't X'd out. so IDK what's going on with that. I got as far as trying to fight the 3rd frog once or twice but always timed out, and that's when i stopped trying. and now I can't get that far because I run out of drops, because RNG.
Is it worth it to do one dungeon over another? are the rewards different?
Whenever you're at a point where you're not powerful enough, look through some systems and see what you can do.
Check alchemy, try to fill out the bubbles.
Try re-sampling your 3d prints
One thing I didnt do for far too long was equip skilling speed food when taking 3d prints. It makes a huge difference.
Try upgrading gear. Try finding capes, try checking quests for stamps you havent unlocked.
Work on party dungeon stuff, get the stat rings. The flurbo stat boosts can be huge.
Try capping out some skill books, maybe re-spec if you've spread your points thin before booking up skills.
I find warriors to be the easiest to run through party dungeons. Might not be the best over all but they're the easiest IMO.
Play during party hour and just try to survive. Remember to deposit the stuff to the pot and higher level players will likely smash it. Frog dungeon is the easiest and quickest but I've enjoyed beating the others as well.
If you make for example mining speed food and then take your 3d prints while its equipped, it helps a ton. Then you throw it back in your stash or inventory if you dont want to waste it.
If you wanna get pet battles pushed forward, at a point it all becomes mechanic cheese (which i think is dumb, but is mandatory for it to not take decades to progress) I'd definitely look stuff up on that.
I think there was a skill mp cost change that impacted dungeons a bit, which sucks but if just look out for the happy hours and do one of each (20x points for 20 passes) it progresses faaast. W1 till rank 20-25 should be good and then i much preferred W2 dungeon, more chill but more learning. As for best classes: Zerk and divine are pretty good and pretty equal. Divine is better for some things just cause of the auto attack (cannot compare to new death bringer cause have not tried yet and is w6 class) Mage (i like ES more) classes are really good but better when you have more MP and MP utility RNG, around r30+ with soda can unlocked. There is also a side strat with J/Vman where you stack stardew drop ('FMJ' Alchemy bubble to Lv. 30).
ALSO unlocking RNG voucher (from souped up salts achieve). Rank up the Redox Combustion refinery chamber to Rank 10. Will snowball your damage most dungeons.
I am also not opposed to boosting people in dungeons, but that only works if i am around
If need more number, grind something
Get your lab beefed up to make sure youve got all the nodes lit up based on what you're trying to achieve.
Get your bubbles and vials leveled up, this will take a while to catch up if youve been neglecting it unless you have a Bubo with 200+ on the teneta talent and can run it on auto for a few hours at a time.
Stamps is just a different kind of pain of having to get your stack sizes beefed up.
Don't forget your card and card sets can have a big buff when selecting the right ones for the job.
Pushed to the w5 boss but not strong enough to kill it.
Sitting in div on everyone right now just trying to get some levels it's so boringly slow at 1 xp/hour.
Lab is the same, it's just boring.
I like to go through every character every hour or two so 'gained 7 xp' is not super engaging.
I know I need to sit enough to get lab and div useful but I also need to grind stamp and alch mats to get sample size up enough to go fight again :(
on w5 release it still took my account a bit to be able to get the boss down, uhh lab and div should have class boons. Those are also good 'lets take a break' skills to leave toons on but yeah tonnes of damage upgrades between the two.
edit: "that did the job" to get better results in world 4, i'm ways off world 5. I'm mostly rocking lustre set with chizoar gear. my rings suck.
