i cant use this talent book

what kind of talent book ?

if you can't use it generaly means you already have the skill at a higher level then what the book prvoides

notable axception to above is tier 1 talents that are shared by different classes, an archer book can't be used by a mage or warrior even if it is for a skill they all posses such as sharpened axe of gilded sword
