Lost my purchase

Hello, I just bought the last Christmas pack for $9.99.
While trying to open my "Christmas presents" I unfortunately dropped my remaining 225 pack and accidentally changed maps while trying to pick them up.

Can you help me because I regularly spend money with you but I can't be dependent on such a stupid mistake

Pretty sure in a case like that, you don't get anything back since it is a user error, not a game error.

Wow, the people on this...
IMO, if you lose payed items from just changing maps, you should get a refund or said items back. Just the fact that it should be a feature in the game to have the dropped items you payed for, returned to your inventory if accidentally clicking to leave map, when it shouldn't be possible to drop said items near the point where you leave the map in the first place.
