Burger?

I'm super curious on if the Burger bonus in the gold ball shop is some weird April Fools joke, or something that only does something after you've gotten it to 100%.

But.. not enough to waste time & resources on it when I have other perks I haven't maxed out yet...

Its a complete guess, but Griffybit reviewed an account called burger recently, who only had one character and hadn't even picked a class. I'm wondering if it could be a tribute to them?

i got it to 100% but no idea what it does

Food = W4 cooking.
Might be new recipe(s).
