Tutorial Secret Quest

So, I've recently started wondering what happened to it. I know I did it when I first launched the game. I'm fairly sure I have screenshots of it lying around, yet for some reason, it's not in my codex. When I first started playing, I dismissed it as "It'll show up later, no biggie. It just wants me to focus on the extended tutorial first."

Now, my highest level character is almost 120, I have multiple thousands of idling hours (something like 8k or higher), I have a maestro, seven characters, and yet.. The quest still isn't in my codex. I don't understand what might've happened.

it does not show up in codex, main reason to do it was the pick up item for hunter skill, not sure if shows up in the slab

I swear I remember the quest saying it would appear as completed in your codex.
