CAN'T GET TOILET PAPER POSTAGE FROM PETE

I typed exactly "More like Poopy Pete" and other alternatives (like "more like Poopy Pete",etc) like several times , and i only get the "Beginner Best Class" level max 1 each time..... PLEASE HELP ME, I CAN GIVE SCREENSHOTS OR SCREENRECORD IF NEEDED. I've been playing for a very long time, so is it possible because of that ?

You have to write it EXACTLY as shown, punctuation and capitals included.
You also have to be in the same area. Not sure if you have to be on the same platform. I know I was when I did it, but I can't test it again.

update : guys after the recent update it's fixed, i tried it again and it gives the right book now
