Data lost
Currently,I am having a problem of not being able to get my old data back.Even tho i have the save files and my gmail account.I am still not able to get my old progress.Resulting to start from scratch.Can anyone help me with this please?

I'm in the same boat, with over 800 hours played and many, many cash shop purchases.

I'm on a new PC.. I try to log in via my google account (I'm 100% sure that's what my save is linked to; I made the account on mobile), and I'm still in the tutorial..

I planned to come back to the game today, but it doesn't look like it is going to happen

Well, never mind. I tried again after writing this, and it worked this time.

4th time's the charm, I guess.
