Sooo... do the bolt cutters even exist?

Just kidding, I know the drop rate is verrrry low... but my Journeyman (with lots of drop rate boosters) has been farming mushrooms for weeks with no such luck. Is this simply one of those annoying grinds?

nope. If you are not lucky when shrooms are relevant it's a waste to farm them (esp. on maestro, that one has a lot more trouble to get all the levels he is required to have, not to waste time where he gets nothing).

The minimum reasonable dr is closer to 4 or 5 (chip capped) before you would even consider "farming". Then it's matter of few candies/hours. I've used my star candy to get the lab money going, got 32 cutters (17days). But few drop every day when splicing there.

Aside from dr you want speed, respawn, and a LOT of AFK gain (multikill doesn't matter).

It's ok I have same problem with scorpions... but on jman/hunters (have 2).
