I just came back from a long time of not playing and I got a billion stamps on the floor that I cant seem to blacklist
I've also never tried to retroactively blacklist something-- Unsure if it does anything once the drop is already on the ground, as the blacklist usually just prevents it from dropping to begin with.
If you unlock the stamp and/or complete the connecting quest you shouldn't get stamp drops
Maybe you needed them during a open quest
I shall find out what quest it is and do it
2/ If you get lucky with your pet from the doggo in W1, you can get access to your chest from anywhere letting you pick up eeeeeverything on the ground which makes the game much more fun imo
