Voidwalker Glitch?

I only recently got the Voidwalker and i did a couple of void trial runs so far. Quite good bonuses -

However I seem to only have gotten any void talent points for my combat skill preset, not my skilling preset. Is that a bug or a "feature"?

You need to spend one point in the talent that allow you to do run to get point in your skill preset.

So i need to do the speed run with the combat and the skill set?

No, you need to spend 1 talent point in the top left talent in order to use your points

After spending the point in the Void Rerun talent you may need to go into a portal/transition to a new zone for it to register.

That is such a stupid system. But after spending a point and login in and out I actually could got the points in both tabs.
