Edit: Perhaps Lava will consider updating the tooltip for Lucky Clover to include this info at some point
He has all his stats into strength and he doesnt have a class yet.
Edit: Also I have another same character also put onto strength but there still a difference...
Edit: Also it might be the Accuracy Stamp
Each weapon seem to have a "hidden" accuracy bonus or malus.
After i switched my boxing gloves with the "better" crafted spear i could not hit the enemies that i killed before anymore.
Your friend at level 5 should be using the boxing gloves at this stage of the game and you with level 9 surely have crafted the spear already.
Only after choosing my class at level 10 gave me a big boost of accuracy. And since i skill a few points into the accuracy stat of that class now and then i have not real accuracy problem anymore if i dont attack higher level enemies. So choose your class as fast as possible (at level 10) and dont try to play the game classless.
With more knowledge, yeah, the Beginner class gets accuracy from Luck, and the boxing gloves have 2 Luck. It explains why my Beginner had 2 accuracy while holding a "better" weapon and 4 accuracy when using the boxing gloves.
At this point, it's become a totally moot issue for my newer characters since I have accuracy from other sources like stamps, but it was definitely confusing as a new player trying to understand unwritten mechanics. As far as I saw, "Beginners get accuracy from Luck" wasn't written anywhere inside the game.
